Returns

Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You have received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged or expired upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • OR
  • Refund via your original payment method (within 7–10 working days)

Exchange

We do not offer product exchanges unless the delivered item was incorrect.
