Returns
Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns unless:
- You have received the wrong product
- The product was damaged or expired upon delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product
- OR
- Refund via your original payment method (within 7β10 working days)
Exchange
We do not offer product exchanges unless the delivered item was incorrect.
